صُنّاعُ الغَدِ نَصَ أدبي مدخل إلى النص شبابنا أملُ الغد المشرق بعلمهم، وسعيهم إلى المعالي، واستحضار ماضي أجدادهم المجيد سيكونون قادةً المستقبل. V الدرس الثاني محمد الفراتي (*) أرأيتَ أبهج منظراً في الكون من طفلٍ يُلوِّتُ إِصْبَعَيهِ مِداد؟ فإذا قدَحْتَ الفِكْرَ فيه فإنّما يُصْبيْكَ منْهُ ذهنهُ الوَقَادُ كما يهوى المؤمل صائب وحِــجــاً كما شاءَ العُلا نَقَّادُ لا غَرْوَ أنْ رفَعـوا غداً من شأننا فالشعبُ تَرفَعُ شأنَهُ أفــراد كالبيت يدعمه العمود وحولَهُ قد مُدّتِ الأسباب والأوتاد أبــنــي الـعُــروبـة والمــعـــالي غادة تَصْبولها الأكْفَاءُ والأنداد فامضُوا سِراعاً للمعالي جَهْدَكم ما زال فيكم للعُلا استعداد وامشوا على سَـنَـنِ الـجـدودِ فأنتم سوادِ شغبِكُمُ غداً قُوَّادُ مداد حبر. قدحت: أثرت. يصبيك: يستميلك. حِجَا: عقل. الأكْفَاء: النُّظَرا سنن: طرائق. شرحُ المُفردات * سواد الشعب: عامة الشعب محمد الفراتي: مُحمد بن عطا بن عبود، شاعر عربي سوري، وُلِدَ في دير الزور عام (۱۸۸۰م) وتوفّي عام (١٩٧٦) ، من أبرز أعماله الشعرية: ديوان الفراتي الذي أُخِذَ منه هذا النص. 52

Makers of Tomorrow: A literary text, introduction to the text. Our youth are the hope of the bright tomorrow through their knowledge, their striving for high ideals, and their recalling of the glorious past of their ancestors; they will be the leaders of the future.

If you spark thought in him, his bright mind will captivate you, just as the hopeful one desires what is right, and as the critic desires high status. It is no wonder that they will raise our status tomorrow, for the people's status is raised by individuals, like a house supported by a pillar, around which ropes and pegs have been extended. O sons of Arabism and high ideals, a maiden whom peers and equals yearn for. Strive quickly for high ideals with all your effort, for you still have the readiness for greatness.
