بَابُ التَّغْلِيظِ فِي تَحْرِيمِ السِّحْرِ. وَقَوْلُهُ: وَقَذْفُ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ يَعْنِي أَنْ يَرْمِيَ الْإِنْسَانُ الْمَرْأَةَ الْغَافِلَةَ الْمُؤْمِنَةَ بِالزِّنَا، فَيَقُولُ: إِنَّهَا زَنَتْ هَذَا أَيْضًا مِن مُوبِقَاتِ الذُّنُوبِ، وَمِثْلُهَا أَيْضًا الرَّجُلُ الْمُحْصَنُ قَذْفُهُ مِن كَبَائِرِ الذُّنُوبِ. وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

وَقَوْلُهُ: وَقَذْفُ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ يَعْنِي أَنْ يَرْمِيَ الْإِنْسَانُ الْمَرْأَةَ الْغَافِلَةَ الْمُؤْمِنَةَ بِالزِّنَا، فَيَقُولُ: إِنَّهَا زَنَتْ
Regarding the verse: 'And slandering chaste, believing, innocent women,' this means a person accuses an innocent, believing woman of adultery, claiming she has committed it.
هَذَا أَيْضًا مِن مُوبِقَاتِ الذُّنُوبِ، وَمِثْلُهَا أَيْضًا الرَّجُلُ الْمُحْصَنُ قَذْفُهُ مِن كَبَائِرِ الذُّنُوبِ.
This is also among the destructive sins, just as slandering a chaste man is considered a major sin.
