شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَتَنْكَشِفُ عَوْرَتُهُ أَوْ يَتَضَرَّرُ أَمَّا النِّعَالُ الْمَعْرُوفَةُ الْآنَ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنْتَعِلَ الْإِنْسَانُ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ وَلَا يَدْخُلُ ذَلِكَ فِي النَّهْيِ؛ لِأَنَّ نِعَالَنَا الْمَوْجُودَةَ يَسْهُلُ خَلْعُهَا وَلُبْسُهَا. وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Commentary on Riyadh as-Salihin, drawn from the words of the Master of Messengers, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
وَتَنْكَشِفُ عَوْرَتُهُ أَوْ يَتَضَرَّرُ أَمَّا النِّعَالُ الْمَعْرُوفَةُ الْآنَ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنْتَعِلَ الْإِنْسَانُ
He risks exposing his private parts or suffering harm. However, there is no objection to a person putting on the sandals commonly used today
وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ وَلَا يَدْخُلُ ذَلِكَ فِي النَّهْيِ؛ لِأَنَّ نِعَالَنَا الْمَوْجُودَةَ يَسْهُلُ خَلْعُهَا وَلُبْسُهَا.
