وَالثَّالِثُ: يَوْمُ الشَّكِّ فَهَذَا مُحَرَّمٌ مُطْلَقًا، لَا تَصُمْ يَوْمَ الشَّكِّ، لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْهُ.

The third is the Day of Doubt, which is strictly forbidden. Do not fast on this day, as the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, prohibited it.

وَلَكِنْ كَمَا قُلْتُ يَظْهَرُ أَنَّ النَّهْيَ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، وَأَمَّا مَنْ أَرَادَ التَّطَوُّعَ بِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَحْرُمُ تَحْرِيمَ الذَّرَائِعِ،
