شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَجِدُهَا كُلَّهَا مُتَنَاسِقَةً مُتَصَاحِبَةً لَيْسَ فِيهَا تَنَاقُضٌ، وَلَا تَفْضِيلٌ، حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّسُولَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ نَهَى أَنْ يَمْشِيَ الرَّجُلُ بِنَعْلٍ وَاحِدٍ، يَعْنِي لَا تَمْشِ بِنَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، وَلَوْ لِإِصْلَاحِ الْأُخْرَى، لِمَاذَا؟ لِأَنَّكَ إِذَا خَصَّصْتَ إِحْدَى الْقَدَمَيْنِ بِالنَّعْلِ صَارَ فِي ذَلِكَ جَوْرٌ، وَعَدَمُ عَدْلٍ، فَأَنْتَ تَرَى الْآنَ أَنَّ الشَّرِيعَةَ الْإِسْلَامِيَّةَ جَاءَتْ بِالْعَدْلِ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴾ [النَّحْلِ: ٩٠]، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

فَتَجِدُهَا كُلَّهَا مُتَنَاسِقَةً مُتَصَاحِبَةً لَيْسَ فِيهَا تَنَاقُضٌ، وَلَا تَفْضِيلٌ، حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّسُولَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ نَهَى أَنْ يَمْشِيَ الرَّجُلُ بِنَعْلٍ وَاحِدٍ، يَعْنِي لَا تَمْشِ بِنَعْلٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، وَلَوْ لِإِصْلَاحِ الْأُخْرَى، لِمَاذَا؟
You will find these teachings entirely consistent and harmonious, free of contradiction or bias. The Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, even forbade walking with only one sandal—meaning do not walk with one foot bare, even if you are fixing the other sandal. Why?
لِأَنَّكَ إِذَا خَصَّصْتَ إِحْدَى الْقَدَمَيْنِ بِالنَّعْلِ صَارَ فِي ذَلِكَ جَوْرٌ، وَعَدَمُ عَدْلٍ، فَأَنْتَ تَرَى الْآنَ أَنَّ الشَّرِيعَةَ الْإِسْلَامِيَّةَ جَاءَتْ بِالْعَدْلِ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Because favoring one foot with a sandal is an act of imbalance and unfairness. You can see now that the Islamic Sharia establishes justice in every aspect of life.
