شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَيَتَبَرَّكُونَ بِشَعْرِهِ، أَمَّا غَيْرُهُ ﷺ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُتَبَرَّكُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ هَذَا، فَلَا يُتَبَرَّكُ بِثِيَابِ الْإِنْسَانِ، وَلَا بِشَعْرِهِ، وَلَا بِأَظْفَارِهِ، وَلَا بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ مُتَعَلِّقَاتِهِ، إِلَّا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

An Explanation of Riyadh as-Salihin from the Words of the Master of the Messengers, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
وَيَتَبَرَّكُونَ بِشَعْرِهِ، أَمَّا غَيْرُهُ ﷺ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُتَبَرَّكُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ هَذَا، فَلَا يُتَبَرَّكُ بِثِيَابِ الْإِنْسَانِ، وَلَا بِشَعْرِهِ، وَلَا بِأَظْفَارِهِ، وَلَا بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ مُتَعَلِّقَاتِهِ، إِلَّا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.
They seek blessings through his hair. As for anyone else, one does not seek blessings through such things; it is not permitted to seek blessings from a person’s clothes, hair, nails, or any of their personal effects. This is reserved solely for the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Allah is the Grantor of success.
