شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بُيُوتِهِمْ، وَقَدْ يَكُونُ لَهُمْ تَعَلُّقَاتٌ بِأُنَاسٍ آخَرِينَ أَهَمَّ، فَإِذَا اسْتَأْذَنْتَ عَلَى شَخْصٍ فِي الْبَيْتِ، وَقَالَ لَكَ : الْآنَ عِنْدِي عَمَلٌ ؛ فَارْجِعْ ، بِكُلِّ رَاحَةٍ، وَبِكُلِّ طُمَأْنِينَةٍ؛ لِأَنَّ هَذَا هُوَ الشَّرْعُ، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

Commentary on Riyadh as-Salihin, drawn from the teachings of the Master of the Messengers, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
فِي بُيُوتِهِمْ، وَقَدْ يَكُونُ لَهُمْ تَعَلُّقَاتٌ بِأُنَاسٍ آخَرِينَ أَهَمَّ، فَإِذَا اسْتَأْذَنْتَ عَلَى شَخْصٍ فِي الْبَيْتِ، وَقَالَ لَكَ : الْآنَ عِنْدِي عَمَلٌ ؛ فَارْجِعْ ، بِكُلِّ رَاحَةٍ، وَبِكُلِّ طُمَأْنِينَةٍ؛ لِأَنَّ هَذَا هُوَ الشَّرْعُ، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.
People may have more pressing matters to attend to in their homes. If you ask to visit someone and they tell you they are busy and ask you to leave, do so calmly and without offense. This is the way of the law, and Allah is the source of all success.
