بَابُ الْحَثِّ عَلَى الاِزْدِيَادِ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ فِي أَوَاخِرِ الْعُمُرِ. رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ جَامِعٌ بَيْنَ الذِّكْرِ وَالدُّعَاءِ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَقُولَهُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ بَعْدَ نُزُولِ هَذِهِ السُّورَةِ. وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ. أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ: كِتَابُ الْأَذَانِ، بَابُ الدُّعَاءِ فِي الرُّكُوعِ، رَقْمُ (٧٩٤)، وَمُسْلِمٌ: كِتَابُ الصَّلَاةِ، بَابُ مَا يُقَالُ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ، رَقْمُ (٤٨٤)، مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا.

Chapter: Encouraging an increase in good deeds toward the end of one's life.
رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ جَامِعٌ بَيْنَ الذِّكْرِ وَالدُّعَاءِ،
Glory to You, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me; this phrase combines both remembrance and supplication.
وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَقُولَهُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ بَعْدَ نُزُولِ هَذِهِ السُّورَةِ.
The Prophet, peace be upon him, frequently recited this during his bowing and prostration after this chapter of the Quran was revealed.
