شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قِسْمٌ آخَرُ نَشْهَدُ لَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ وَهُمُ الَّذِينَ شَهِدَ لَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِأَنَّهُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، مِثْلُ الْعَشَرَةِ الْمُبَشَّرِينَ بِالْجَنَّةِ، وَهُمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرُ، وَعُثْمَانُ، وَعَلِيٌّ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَسَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ، وَطَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، وَأَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ عَامِرُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، وَالزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ. وَمِثْلُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ، وَمِثْلُ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ، وَمِثْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ، وَمِثْلُ بِلَالِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ، فَهَؤُلَاءِ نَشْهَدُ لَهُمْ بِأَعْيَانِهِمْ، نَقُولُ: نَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَنَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّ عُمَرَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ.

قِسْمٌ آخَرُ نَشْهَدُ لَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ وَهُمُ الَّذِينَ شَهِدَ لَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِأَنَّهُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، مِثْلُ الْعَشَرَةِ الْمُبَشَّرِينَ بِالْجَنَّةِ، وَهُمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرُ، وَعُثْمَانُ، وَعَلِيٌّ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَسَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ، وَطَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، وَأَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ عَامِرُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، وَالزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ.
Another group for whom we bear individual witness are those the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, explicitly confirmed are in Paradise. This includes the ten promised Paradise: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Sa'id ibn Zayd, Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf, Talha ibn Ubayd Allah, Abu Ubaydah Amir ibn al-Jarrah, and al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam, may Allah be pleased with them all.
وَمِثْلُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ، وَمِثْلُ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ، وَمِثْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ، وَمِثْلُ بِلَالِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ، فَهَؤُلَاءِ نَشْهَدُ لَهُمْ بِأَعْيَانِهِمْ، نَقُولُ: نَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَنَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّ عُمَرَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ.
Others include Thabit ibn Qays ibn Shammas, Sa'd ibn Mu'adh, Abdullah ibn Salam, Bilal ibn Rabah, and their peers, may Allah be pleased with them. We bear witness for these individuals by name, saying: We testify that Abu Bakr is in Paradise, and we testify that Umar is in Paradise.
