النَّاقِضُ الْأَوَّلُ. الْجُمُعَةُ تَهَاوُنًا أَمْرُهُ خَطِيرٌ... فَالصَّدَقَةُ فِي هَذَا [ لَيْسَ ] مَعْنَاهَا أَنَّهَا تَرْفَعُ عَنْهُ إِثْمَ الْكَبِيرَةِ، فَالْكَبِيرَةُ عَظِيمَةٌ، وَقَدْ يُقَالُ بِكُفْرِهِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْقَاعِدَةَ أَنَّ تَرْكَ الصَّلَاةِ كُفْرٌ وَالْجُمُعَةُ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ فِي يَوْمِهَا... فَالْحَاصِلُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ فِي سَنَدِهِ نَظَرٌ، ثُمَّ هُوَ مُضْطَرِبٌ تَارَةً يَقُولُ: (بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ) وَتَارَةً يَقُولُ: (بِدِرْهَمٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِرْهَمٍ) وَتَارَةً يَقُولُ: (بِصَاعٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ صَاعٍ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ تَحْوِيلٌ...). شَرْحُ سُنَنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ.
