النَّاقِضُ الْأَوَّلُ: الذَّبْحُ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى عِنْدَ الْقَبْرِ. قَالَ ابْنُ بَازٍ: وَإِذَا كَانَ الذَّبْحُ لِلَّهِ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْقَبْرِ فَلَا يَجُوزُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ بِدْعَةٌ وَمِنْ وَسَائِلِ الشِّرْكِ، وَالْوَسَائِلُ لَهَا حُكْمُ الْغَايَاتِ فِي الْمَنْعِ، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ. لَا لِرَجَاءِ شَفَاعَةِ صَاحِبِ الْقَبْرِ. لِأَنَّهُ رُبَّمَا يَذْبَحُ لِصَاحِبِ الْقَبْرِ فِي الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ رَجَاءَ شَفَاعَتِهِ أَوْ خَوْفًا مِنْهُ فَيَقَعُ فِي الشِّرْكِ الْأَكْبَرِ. مَجْمُوعُ الْفَتَاوَى.

The first nullifier: Slaughtering for Allah the Exalted at the grave.
قَالَ ابْنُ بَازٍ: وَإِذَا كَانَ الذَّبْحُ لِلَّهِ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْقَبْرِ فَلَا يَجُوزُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ بِدْعَةٌ وَمِنْ وَسَائِلِ الشِّرْكِ، وَالْوَسَائِلُ لَهَا حُكْمُ الْغَايَاتِ فِي الْمَنْعِ، وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.
Ibn Baz said: If the slaughtering is for Allah at this grave, it is not permissible, because it is an innovation and one of the means to polytheism, and the means have the same ruling as the ends regarding prohibition, and Allah is the Grantor of success.
لَا لِرَجَاءِ شَفَاعَةِ صَاحِبِ الْقَبْرِ.
It should not be done in hope of the intercession of the occupant of the grave.
