النَّاقِضُ الْأَوَّلُ. وَعِبَادَةٌ صُغْرَى يَحْصُلُ بِهَا الشِّرْكُ الْأَصْغَرُ، وَتَحْصُلُ بِهَا الْمَعْصِيَةُ. فَالطَّاعَةُ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ فِي الْمَعَاصِي جَرِيمَةٌ، وَلَكِنَّهَا قِسْمَانِ: إِذَا أَطَاعَ غَيْرَ اللَّهِ مُسْتَحِلًّا لِذَلِكَ زَاعِمًا أَنَّهُ يُسَوِّغُ لَهُ أَنْ يُطِيعَ غَيْرَ اللَّهِ فِي الْمَعْصِيَةِ صَارَ رِدَّةً وَمُنْكَرًا وَشِرْكًا أَكْبَرَ وَكُفْرًا أَكْبَرَ. وَإِنْ أَطَاعَ غَيْرَ اللَّهِ فِي الْمَعْصِيَةِ لَكِنْ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ مُخْطِئٌ، وَيَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ عَاصٍ صَارَتْ مَعْصِيَةً وَلَيْسَتْ رِدَّةً وَلَا كُفْرًا أَكْبَرَ، فَهَذَا التَّفْصِيلُ يَجِبُ أَنْ يُعْرَفَ كَمَا بَيَّنَهُ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ.
