وَإِنِ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيمَا يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ فِيمَا تَقْتَضِيهِ النُّصُوصُ حَسَبَ أَفْهَامِهِمْ فَإِنَّ هَذَا أَمْرٌ فِيهِ سَعَةٌ وَاللَّهُ الْحَمْدُ وَالْمُهِمُّ ائْتِلَافُ الْقُلُوبِ وَاتِّحَادُ الْكَلِمَةِ وَلَا رَيْبَ أَنَّ أَعْدَاءَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يُحِبُّونَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقُوا سَوَاءٌ كَانُوا يُصَرِّحُونَ بِالْعَدَاوَةِ، أَوْ أَعْدَاءٌ يَتَظَاهَرُونَ بِالْوِلَايَةِ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ أَوْ أَعْدَاءٌ لِلْإِسْلَامِ وَهُمْ لَيْسُوا كَذَلِكَ.

وَإِنِ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيمَا يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ فِيمَا تَقْتَضِيهِ النُّصُوصُ حَسَبَ أَفْهَامِهِمْ فَإِنَّ هَذَا أَمْرٌ فِيهِ سَعَةٌ وَاللَّهُ الْحَمْدُ وَالْمُهِمُّ ائْتِلَافُ الْقُلُوبِ وَاتِّحَادُ الْكَلِمَةِ
If people hold differing interpretations of the texts, there is room for such disagreement. Praise be to God; what matters most is the harmony of hearts and unity of purpose.
وَلَا رَيْبَ أَنَّ أَعْدَاءَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يُحِبُّونَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقُوا سَوَاءٌ كَانُوا يُصَرِّحُونَ بِالْعَدَاوَةِ، أَوْ أَعْدَاءٌ يَتَظَاهَرُونَ بِالْوِلَايَةِ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ أَوْ أَعْدَاءٌ لِلْإِسْلَامِ وَهُمْ لَيْسُوا كَذَلِكَ.
Undoubtedly, the enemies of the Muslims want to see them divided. This remains true whether these enemies openly declare their hostility, feign friendship, or falsely claim to be enemies of Islam.
