خَامِسًا: النُّقْطَةُ، الفَاصِلَةُ، عَلامَاتُ التَّرْقِيمِ هِيَ رُمُوزٌ تُوضَعُ بَيْنَ الجُمَلِ؛ لِتُسْهِمَ فِي إِفْهَامِ القَارِئِ مَعْنَى الكَلامِ.

Fifth: Periods, commas, and other punctuation marks are symbols placed between sentences to help the reader understand the meaning of the text.

وَتَبْدُوَ الكِتَابَةُ أَكْثَرَ تَنْظِيمًا وَجَمَالاً، وَيُمْكِنُ أَنْ تُسَبِّبَ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الإِرْبَاكِ فِي الفَهْمِ لَوْ أُهْمِلَتْ أَوِ اسْتُعْمِلَتْ فِي غَيْرِ مَكَانِهَا.

They make writing appear more organized and attractive, while neglecting them or using them incorrectly can cause significant confusion.

أُحِبُّ أَنْ أُنْهِيَ الكَلامَ لِذَا تَجِدُنِي فِي نِهَايَةِ الجُمْلَةِ.

I like to finish a thought, which is why you find me at the end of a sentence.

أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَفْصِلَ بَيْنَ الجُمَلِ الطَّوِيلَةِ؛ حَتَّى لا تَتْعَبَ فِي قِرَاءَتِهَا؛ لِذَا تَجِدُنِي بَيْنَ الجُمَلِ المُتَتَابِعَةِ.

I like to separate long sentences so you do not get tired while reading them, so you find me between consecutive clauses.

أُشْبِهُ أُخْتِي الفَاصِلَةَ، لَكِنِّي لا أَعْمَلُ كَثِيرًا مِثْلَهَا، تَجِدُنِي بَيْنَ الجُمَلِ الَّتِي تَذْكُرُ السَّبَبَ فِي حُصُولِ مَا قَبْلَهَا.

I resemble my sister, the comma, but I do not appear as often; you find me between sentences that explain the cause of what preceded them.

أُحِبُّ طَرْحَ الأَسْئِلَةِ؛ لِذَلِكَ تَجِدُنِي فِي نِهَايَةِ الجُمْلَةِ الاسْتِفْهَامِيَّةِ.

I like to ask questions, so you find me at the end of an interrogative sentence.

أُعَبِّرُ عَنِ المَشَاعِرِ وَالعَوَاطِفِ؛ لِذَلِكَ تَجِدُنِي فِي نِهَايَةِ الجُمْلَةِ الَّتِي تَحْمِلُ تَأَثُّرًا سَوَاءً أَكَانَتْ تَعَجُّبًا أَوْ فَرَحًا أَوْ حُزْنًا.

I express feelings and emotions, so you find me at the end of a sentence that conveys strong sentiment, whether it is exclamation, joy, or sadness.

نَقِفُ فَوْقَ بَعْضِنَا، وَنَأْتِي بَعْدَ القَوْلِ وَمُشْتَقَّاتِهِ، وَبَيْنَ الشَّيْءِ وَأَقْسَامِهِ.

We stand one above the other, appearing after verbs of speech and their derivatives, and between a category and its parts.

يُبْدَأُ بِي فِي الحِوَارِ، وَتَجِدُنِي كَذَلِكَ فِي بِدَايَةِ الجُمَلِ المُعْتَرِضَةِ، وَفِي نِهَايَتِهَا.
