آياتٌ مِنَ الذِّكْرِ الحَكِيمِ.

Verses from the Holy Quran.

فِي رِحَابِ الآيَاتِ:

Reflecting on the Verses.

تَتَحَدَّثُ الآيَاتُ الكَرِيمَةُ عَنْ مُضَاعَفَةِ الأَجْرِ وَزِيَادَتِهِ لِمَنْ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي أَبْوَابِ الخَيْرِ

These noble verses speak of the multiplied rewards awaiting those who spend their wealth in charitable causes.

مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَمُنُّوا عَلَى مَنْ تَصَدَّقُوا عَلَيْهِ أَوْ يُؤْذُوهُ بِالقَوْلِ أَوْ بِالفِعْلِ؛

This applies provided they do not follow their charity with reminders of their generosity, nor cause any hurt through words or actions.

فَذَلِكَ يُبْطِلُ الصَّدَقَةَ؛

Such behavior invalidates the act of charity.

لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ خَالِصَةً لِوَجْهِ اللهِ تَعَالَى، بَلْ لِأَجْلِ الرِّيَاءِ وَالمُفَاخَرَةِ.

It renders the deed insincere, done for show and vanity rather than for the sake of Allah.

التِّلَاوَةُ وَالتَّدَبُّرُ:

Recitation and Reflection.

اِسْتَمِعْ لِلآيَاتِ الكَرِيمَةِ، ثُمَّ اتْلُهَا بِصَوْتٍ حَسَنٍ جَمِيلٍ.

Listen to the noble verses, then recite them with a beautiful, melodic voice.

رَاعِ فِي تِلَاوَتِكَ مَا يَأْتِي:

In your recitation, be mindful of the following:

نُطْقَ الحُرُوفِ مِنْ مَخَارِجِهَا نُطْقًا صَحِيحًا.

Articulating each letter correctly from its proper source.

قِرَاءَةَ الكَلِمَاتِ بِالضَّبْطِ الصَّحِيحِ.

Reading the words with accurate vocalization.

الوَقْفَ وَالوَصْلَ بِحَسَبِ مَوَاضِعِهِ.

Observing the proper pauses and connections.
