مُمتَلَكاتُنا العامَّةُ عُنوان انتمائنا. بَيْنَ يَدَيِ النَّص: المُمتلكات العامَّةُ وُجِدَتْ لِخِدمَةِ النَّاسِ جَميعاً، وَلا بُدَّ مِنْ تَطويرها، وَصِيانَتِها، وَإِناحَتِها لِلمَنفَعَةِ العامَّةِ، وَلا يَجوزُ العَبَتُ بِها، وَالتَّأثيرِ عَلى قُدْرَتِها عَلى تقديمِ الخَدَماتِ. وَالنَّص الآتى يُعَرِّفُ بِالمُمْتَلَكاتِ العامَّةِ فى مُجتَمَعِنا الفلسطيني، ويُشيرُ إلى قيمَتِها وَدَوْرِها في حَياةِ كُلٌّ مِنّا، وَيَعْرِضُ صُوَرَ الاعْتِداءاتِ الَّتي تَتَعرَّض لها، وَيُبَيِّنُ سُبُلَ الحِفاظِ عَلَيْهـا وَحِمايَتِها.
