الوَحْدَةُ ٣: المَوْتُ المُتَرَبِّصُ عَلَى الطَّرُقاتِ. بَيْنَ يَدَيِ النَّصِّ: المَقَالَةُ تُعَالِجُ حَوَادِثَ المُرُورِ الَّتِي تُقْلِقُ المُجْتَمَعَاتِ وَالدُّوَلَ لِتَزَايُدِهَا، وَمَا تُخَلِّفُهُ مِنْ خَسَائِرَ جَسَدِيَّةٍ، وَمَادِّيَّةٍ، وَنَفْسِيَّةٍ، وَهِيَ تَتَنَاوَلُ سُبُلَ الحَدِّ مِنْ مَخَاطِرِهَا وَوَيْلَاتِهَا، وَآثَارَهَا السَّلْبِيَّةَ عَلَى المُجْتَمَعِ الفِلَسْطِينِيِّ، وَتَنْظُرُ فِي أَسْبَابِهَا وَتَهْتَمُّ بِتَوْعِيَةِ السَّائِقِينَ عَامَّةً، وَالشَّبَابِ خَاصَّةً بِمَسْؤُولِيَّاتِهِمْ، وَدَوْرِ كُلٍّ مِنَ الأُسْرَةِ، وَالمَدْرَسَةِ، وَشُرْطَةِ المُرُورِ، فِي تَرْسِيخِ الثَّقَافَةِ المُرُورِيَّةِ؛ حَتَّى لَا تَتَحَوَّلَ المَرْكَبَةُ الحَدِيثَةُ مِنْ وَاحَةِ اسْتِجْمَامٍ فِي رُبُوعِ الوَطَنِ، إِلَى آلَةِ مَوْتٍ تَحْصُدُ أَرْوَاحَ الأَبْرِيَاءِ.
