فَالْإِضْرَابُ عَنِ الطَّعَامِ الَّذِي سَيَخُوضُهُ عَلَى أَقَلِّ تَقْدِيرٍ سِتَّةُ آلَافِ أَسِيرٍ يَتَطَلَّبُ مِنَ الْجَمِيعِ الْوُقُوفَ صَفًّا وَاحِدًا، كَالْبُنْيَانِ الْمَرْصُوصِ فِي دَعْمِ مَطَالِبِهِمْ، وَالضَّغْطِ عَلَى الِاحْتِلَالِ مِنْ أَجْلِ الْإِفْرَاجِ عَنِ الْمُصَابِينَ بِأَمْرَاضٍ مُزْمِنَةٍ وَخَطِيرَةٍ، وَكَذَلِكَ عِلَاجِ الْمَرْضَى وَالْجَرْحَى، وَمُعَامَلَتِهِمْ مُعَامَلَةَ أَسْرَى حَرْبٍ، كَمَا يَنُصُّ عَلَى ذَلِكَ الْقَانُونُ الدَّوْلِيُّ.
