امْتَدَّتْ راياتُ العَرَبِ وَالمُسْلِمينَ إِلى الشَّمالِ الإِفْريقِيِّ، فَفَتَحوا كَثيراً مِنَ المُدُنِ الَّتي زَهَتْ بِسِحْرِها، وَأَقاموا حَضارَةً عَظيمَةً تَفاخَرَتْ بِمَجْدِها، وَمِنْ هَذِهِ المُدُنِ مَدينَةُ القَيْرَوانِ التَّونِسِيَّةِ الَّتي يَتَناوَلُها هَذا النَّصُّ.
