تَدْرِيبَاتٌ: تَدْرِيبٌ (١) تَعَيَّنِ الْحَالَ الْمُفْرَدَ فِيمَا يَأْتِي:

Exercises: Exercise (1) Identify the singular state (al-hal al-mufrad) in the following:

أ- قَالَ تَعَالَى: "قُل لِّعِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يُقِيمُوا الصَّلَوةَ وَيُنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقْنَهُمْ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلَا خِلَلُ". (إِبْرَاهِيم: ٣١)

A- The Almighty said: "Tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there is no exchange and no friendship." (Ibrahim: 31)

ب- قَالَ تَعَالَى: "حَفِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَوةِ الْوُسْطَى وَقُومُواْ لِلَّهِ قَنِتِينَ". (الْبَقَرَة: ٢٣٨)

B- The Almighty said: "Maintain your prayers and the middle prayer, and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient." (Al-Baqarah: 238)

ج- يَا بُنَيَّ، عِشْ عَزِيزًا فِي مُجْتَمَعِكَ.

C- My son, live with dignity in your community.

د- وَاجَهَتِ النِّسَاءُ الْفِلَسْطِينِيَّاتُ الْمِحَنَ صَابِرَاتٍ.

D- Palestinian women faced hardships with patience.

هـ- ذَهَبَ الْعَامِلَانِ إِلَى الْعَمَلِ نَشِيطَيْنِ، ثُمَّ عَادَا بَادِيَةً عَلَيْهِمَا آثَارُ التَّعَبِ.

E- The two workers went to work full of energy, then returned showing clear signs of fatigue.

تَدْرِيبٌ (٢) تَعَيَّنِ صَاحِبَ الْحَالِ، وَيُبَيِّنُ مَوْقِعَهُ مِنَ الْإِعْرَابِ فِيمَا يَأْتِي:

Exercise (2) Identify the owner of the state (sahib al-hal) and explain its grammatical position in the following:

أ- يُقْبِلُ النَّاسُ عَلَى التَّاجِرِ الْأَمِينِ وَاثِقِينَ بِذِمَّتِهِ، مُطْمَئِنِّينَ إِلَى مُعَامَلَتِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَبِيعُهُمْ سِلَعَهُ خَالِيَةً مِنْ كُلِّ غِشٍّ، وَيُؤَدِّي إِلَيْهِمْ حُقُوقَهُمْ كَامِلَةً، وَإِذَا طَلَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ نَصِيحَةً أَدَّاهَا إِلَيْهِ مُغْتَبِطًا وَمَسْرُورًا، وَإِنْ فَاتَهُ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ذَلِكَ رِبْحٌ كَثِيرٌ.

A- People approach the honest merchant with trust in his integrity and confidence in his dealings; he sells them goods free of any deception, fulfills their rights completely, and if anyone asks for advice, he offers it happily and gladly, even if he loses out on significant profit.

ب- قَالَ تَعَالَى: "إِنَّ الْإِنسَنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا إِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا". (الْمَعَارِج: ١٩-٢١)

B- The Almighty said: "Indeed, mankind was created anxious: when evil touches him, he is impatient, and when good touches him, he is withholding." (Al-Ma'arij: 19-21)

ج- أُعْجِبْتُ بِالشَّبَابِ مُتَمَسِّكِينَ بِأَخْلَاقِهِمْ وَمَبَادِئِهِمْ.

C- I was impressed by the young people who held fast to their morals and principles.
