وَشَرَحُوا لَنَا كَثِيراً مِنَ الْآثَارِ الْعَجِيبَةِ ، وَرَأَيْنَا النَّاسَ يَتَأَمَّلُونَ صِنَاعَةَ أَجْدَادِهِمْ ، وَكَأَنَّهَا تُنَادِيهِمْ : أَنْ اِعْمَلُوا كَمَا عَمِلُوا تَصِلُوا إِلَى مَا وَصَلُوا

They explained to us many of the marvelous antiquities, and we saw people contemplating the craftsmanship of their ancestors, as if it were calling out to them: 'Work as they worked, and you will reach what they reached.'

تَمْرِينٌ (٢) ضَعْ كُلَّ فِعْلٍ مِنَ الْأَفْعَالِ الْآتِيَةِ فِي جُمْلَةٍ مُسْنَدًا إِلَى كُلِّ مَا يَتَّصِلُ بِهِ مِنْ ضَمَائِرِ الرَّفْعِ الْبَارِزَةِ : جَمَعَ . يُحْيِي . أَصْدَقَ

Exercise (2): Place each of the following verbs in a sentence, attributed to all the explicit nominative pronouns that can be attached to it: jama'a (he gathered), yuhyi (he revives), asdaqa (he spoke the truth).

تَمْرِينٌ (٣) أَسْنِدِ الْفِعْلَ الْأَوَّلَ بِقَائِمِهِ فِي الْعِبَارَةِ الْآتِيَةِ إِلَى كُلِّ ضَمَائِرِ الرَّفْعِ الَّتِي تَتَّصِلُ بِهِ ، مَعَ مُرَاعَاةِ مَا قَدْ يَحْدُثُ مِنَ التَّغْيِيرِ فِي الْفِعْلِ الثَّانِي : سَافَرَ لِيَقْتَبِسَ الْعِلْمَ وَالتَّجَارِبَ
