الوَحْدَةُ الأُولَى: أُطَوِّرُ ذَاتِي.

Unit One: Self-Development.

أَتَحَدَّثُ بِطَلَاقَةٍ.

I speak fluently.

تَحَدِّي الدَّقِيقَةِ الوَاحِدَةِ.

The one-minute challenge.

الوَقْتُ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ.

Time is money.

«الوَقْتُ فُرْصَةٌ، إِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَغِلَّهُ ذَهَبَ بِلَا عَوْدَةٍ».

"Time is an opportunity; if you don't seize it, it is gone forever."

إِدَارَةُ الوَقْتِ تَصْنَعُ الفَرْقَ.

Time management makes a difference.

تَحَدَّثْ عَنْ مَوْقِفٍ شَخْصِيٍّ أَثْبَتَّ فِيهِ أَنَّ الوَقْتَ هُوَ سَبَبُ نَجَاحِكَ، مُوَضِّحًا التَّحَدِّيَاتِ الَّتِي وَاجَهَتْكَ وَكَيْفَ غَيَّرَتْ هَذِهِ التَّجْرِبَةُ تَفْكِيرَكَ فِي الوَقْتِ مُرَاعِيًا الإِرْشَادَاتِ التَّالِيَةَ:

Describe a personal situation where you proved that time was the key to your success. Explain the challenges you faced and how this experience changed your perspective on time, keeping the following guidelines in mind:

١- التَّحَدُّثَ بِوُضُوحٍ وَلُغَةٍ سَلِيمَةٍ.

1- Speak clearly and use proper language.

٢- التَّمْهِيدَ لِلْحَدِيثِ بِمُقَدِّمَةٍ جَذَّابَةٍ.

2- Start with an engaging introduction.

٣- اسْتِخْدَامَ تَنْغِيمَاتِ الصَّوْتِ المُنَاسِبَةِ.

3- Use appropriate vocal intonation.

٤- إِنْهَاءَ الحَدِيثِ بِخَاتِمَةٍ مُؤَثِّرَةٍ.

4- End with an impactful conclusion.

أُطَوِّرُ أَدَائِي.

I improve my performance.

أَسْتَطْلِعُ رَأْيَ زُمَلَائِي مِنْ خِلَالِ النِّقَاطِ التَّالِيَةِ؛ لِأُطَوِّرَ أَدَائِي:

I seek feedback from my colleagues using the following points to improve my performance:

١- تَحَدَّثْتُ بِصَوْتٍ وَاضِحٍ وَأُسْلُوبٍ مُعَبِّرٍ.

1- I spoke with a clear voice and an expressive style.

٢- المُقَدِّمَةُ كَانَتْ مُشَوِّقَةً وَجَذَّابَةً.

2- The introduction was interesting and engaging.

٣- رَتَّبْتُ الفِكَرَ تَرْتِيبًا مَنْطِقِيًّا.

3- I organized my ideas logically.

٤- اسْتَخْدَمْتُ تَنْغِيمَاتِ الصَّوْتِ المُعَبِّرَةَ.

4- I used expressive vocal intonation.

٥- خَتَمْتُ الحَدِيثَ بِخَاتِمَةٍ مُؤَثِّرَةٍ.

5- I ended the talk with an impactful conclusion.

سَأُحَاوِلُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى.

I will try again.

حَقَّقْتُ الهَدَفَ.

I achieved the goal.

أَظْهَرْتُ تَقَدُّمًا.

I showed progress.

أَصْنَعُ الفَرْقَ بِجِوَارِي.

I make a difference to those around me.

أَخْتَارُ أَحَدَ الحِوَارَيْنِ الآتِيَيْنِ، ثُمَّ أُمَثِّلُهُ مَعَ زَمِيلِي:

Choose one of the following two dialogues and act it out with a partner:

طَالِبٌ يُوَاجِهُ صُعُوبَةً فِي إِدَارَةِ وَقْتِهِ، وَآخَرُ يَنْصَحُهُ بِكَيْفِيَّةِ تَنْظِيمِ وَقْتِهِ لِلِاسْتِفَادَةِ مِنْهُ فِي إِنْجَازِ مَهَامِّهِ.

A student struggling with time management receives advice from a peer on how to organize their schedule to get tasks done.

شَخْصٌ اكْتَشَفَ أَنَّهُ أَضَاعَ الكَثِيرَ مِنْ وَقْتِهِ فِي التَّسْوِيفِ وَالتَّشَتُّتِ وَآخَرُ يَشْرَحُ لَهُ أَهَمِّيَّةَ اسْتِثْمَارِ الوَقْتِ وَالتَّخْطِيطِ لَهُ.

A person who realizes they have wasted time on procrastination and distraction listens to another explain the importance of investing time and planning ahead.

أُحَسِّنُ خَطِّي.

I improve my handwriting.

أَكْتُبُ مَا يَلِي بِخَطِّ النَّسْخِ مَرَّةً، وَبِخَطِّ الرُّقْعَةِ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى.
