My beautiful words.

حَضَرَتْ لَيْلَى الْيَوْمَ وَهِيَ تَحْمِلُ حَقِيبَتَهَا.

Layla arrived today carrying her bag.

قَالَتْ سَلْمَى: حَقِيبَتُكِ جَمِيلَةٌ يَا لَيْلَى.

Salma said, "Your bag is beautiful, Layla."

ابْتَسَمَتْ لَيْلَى، وَقَالَتْ: شُكْرًا يَا سَلْمَى.

Layla smiled and said, "Thank you, Salma."

فِي أَثْنَاءِ الْحِصَّةِ سَقَطَ قَلَمُ يُوسُفَ، فَقَالَتْ لَهُ لَيْلَى: هَلْ تُرِيدُ أَنْ أُحْضِرَهُ لَكَ؟

During class, Yusuf’s pen fell, and Layla asked him, "Do you want me to pick it up for you?"

قَالَ يُوسُفُ: نَعَمْ؛ فَأَخَذَتْ لَيْلَى الْقَلَمَ، وَأَعْطَتْهُ لَهُ، قَالَ يُوسُفُ: شُكْرًا لَكِ.

Yusuf said, "Yes." Layla picked up the pen and gave it to him. Yusuf said, "Thank you."
