فِي نِهَايَةِ هَذِهِ الوَحْدَةِ يُتَوَقَّعُ أَنْ يَكُونَ الطَّالِبُ قَادِرًا عَلَى أَنْ:

By the end of this unit, students should be able to:

يُحَدِّدَ الفِكْرَةَ الرَّئِيسَةَ لِدُرُوسٍ اسْتَمَعَ إِلَيْهَا.

Identify the main idea of the lessons they have listened to.

يُمَيِّزَ القَوَالِبَ الأَدَبِيَّةَ (الشِّعْرَ، النَّثْرَ، القِصَّةَ، المَثَلَ) فِيمَا يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْهِ.

Distinguish between literary forms (poetry, prose, stories, and proverbs) in what they hear.

يُمَيِّزَ الخَصَائِصَ الأُسْلُوبِيَّةَ لِلْمُتَحَدِّثِ.

Identify the stylistic characteristics of a speaker.

يُقَوِّمَ بِالأَدِلَّةِ مَا يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْهِ.

Evaluate what they hear using evidence.

يُحَدِّدَ مَوَاطِنَ الجَمَالِ فِيمَا يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْهِ شِعْرًا أَوْ نَثْرًا.

Identify the aesthetic elements in the poetry or prose they hear.

يَضْبِطَ كَلِمَاتِهِ ضَبْطًا صَحِيحًا وَيَتَرْجِمَ مَا تَعَلَّمَهُ مِنْ قَوَاعِدَ.

Vocalize words correctly and apply the grammatical rules they have learned.

يَسْتَخْدِمَ الوَقَفَاتِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ اسْتِخْدَامًا مُنَاسِبًا لِمَقَامِ الحَدِيثِ.

Use pauses in their speech appropriate to the context of the conversation.

يَقْتَرِحَ فِكَرًا وَثِيقَةَ الصِّلَةِ بِمَوْضُوعِ الحَدِيثِ.
