وَتَقْوِيَةُ الْحُكْمِ إِذَا كَانَ الْخَبَرُ فِعْلًا، نَحْوَ: الْهِلَالُ ظَهَرَ، وَذَلِكَ لِتَكَرُّرِ الْإِسْنَادِ. وَالتَّخْصِيصُ، نَحْوَ مَا أَنَا قُلْتُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ. وَالْمُحَافَظَةُ عَلَى وَزْنٍ أَوْ سَجْعٍ. فَالْأَوَّلُ نَحْوَ: إِذَا نَطَقَ السَّفِيهُ فَلَا تُجِبْهُ، فَخَيْرٌ مِنْ إِجَابَتِهِ السُّكُوتُ. وَالثَّانِي نَحْوَ: وَخُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ ثُمَّ الْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ ثُمَّ فِي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَاسْلُكُوهُ. وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ لِكُلٍّ مِنَ التَّقْدِيمِ وَالتَّأْخِيرِ دَوَاعٍ خَاصَّةٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ إِذَا تَقَدَّمَ أَحَدُ رُكْنَيِ الْجُمْلَةِ تَأَخَّرَ الْآخَرُ، فَهُمَا مُتَلَازِمَانِ.

وَتَقْوِيَةُ الْحُكْمِ إِذَا كَانَ الْخَبَرُ فِعْلًا، نَحْوَ: الْهِلَالُ ظَهَرَ، وَذَلِكَ لِتَكَرُّرِ الْإِسْنَادِ.
