وَيُسْتَفَادُ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ: أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ الْإِقْرَارُ عَلَى الْمُحَرَّمِ لِقَوْلِهِ: «لَا تَقُولُوا السَّلَامُ عَلَى اللَّهِ»

The Hadith teaches that one must not remain silent regarding forbidden matters, as evidenced by the command: 'Do not say, "Peace be upon Allah."'

وَهَذَا وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ، وَيَجِبُ عَلَى الْعُلَمَاءِ بَيَانُ الْأُمُورِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ لِئَلَّا يَسْتَمِرَّ النَّاسُ فِيمَا لَا يَجُوزُ وَيَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُ جَائِزٌ.
