وَالْأَحَادِيثُ الَّتِي سَاقَهَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ، لَكِنَّهُ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ، كَأَنَّهُ قَاسَ غَيْرَهَا عَلَيْهَا، فَمَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْقَبْرِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ فَهُوَ شَبِيهٌ بِمَنِ اتَّخَذَهُ مَسْجِدًا، لِأَنَّهُ يَرَى أَنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْبُقْعَةِ أَوْ لِمَنْ فِيهَا شَأْنًا يَفْضُلُ بِهِ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ، فَالشَّيْخُ عَمَّمَ، وَالدَّلِيلُ خَاصٌّ. فَإِنْ قِيلَ: لَا يُسْتَدَلُّ بِالدَّلِيلِ الْخَاصِّ عَلَى الْعَامِّ؟ أُجِيبَ: أَنَّ الشَّيْخَ أَرَادَ بِذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْعِلَّةَ هِيَ تَعْظِيمُ هَذَا الْمَكَانِ لِكَوْنِهِ قَبْرًا، وَهَذَا كَمَا يُوجَدُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ يُوجَدُ فِي غَيْرِهَا مِنَ الْعِبَادَاتِ، فَيَكُونُ التَّعْمِيمُ مِنْ بَابِ الْقِيَاسِ لَا مِنْ بَابِ شُمُولِ النَّصِّ لَهُ لَفْظًا.

وَالْأَحَادِيثُ الَّتِي سَاقَهَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ، لَكِنَّهُ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ، كَأَنَّهُ قَاسَ غَيْرَهَا عَلَيْهَا،
Regarding the narrations he cited about prayer, may Allah have mercy on him, it appears he used them as a basis for analogy regarding other matters.
فَمَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْقَبْرِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ فَهُوَ شَبِيهٌ بِمَنِ اتَّخَذَهُ مَسْجِدًا،
Anyone who claims that giving charity at a specific grave is superior to giving it elsewhere is like someone who has turned that grave into a mosque.
لِأَنَّهُ يَرَى أَنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْبُقْعَةِ أَوْ لِمَنْ فِيهَا شَأْنًا يَفْضُلُ بِهِ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ، فَالشَّيْخُ عَمَّمَ، وَالدَّلِيلُ خَاصٌّ.
