رَصُوفٌ ذ A woman narrow in the فَرْج [or vulva ]: (S, M, O:) or small therein: (M:) or small in the vulva, and narrow therein, and, consequently, impervia viro; as also ↓ رَصْفَاآءُ (IAar, * O, * K) and ↓ مَرْصُوفَةٌ: (O, * K:) or this last, [ syn with مَرْفُوغَةٌ,] a woman whose place of circumcision has cohered [ after the operation, when she was young ], and, consequently, impervia [ viro ]. (S.) -A2- What are termed الرَّصِينَانِ, (S,) or رَصِينَا الفَرَسِ, (K,) are The [ two ] extremities of the قَصَب [or round and hollow bones, meaning here of the arms, (in one of my copies of the S, erroneously, of the عَصَب, or sinews, )] that are set in, or upon, the رَضْفَة [n. un. of رَضْفٌ, which is evidently the correct reading, meaning the bones that are between the arm and the shank ], in the knee.
