عِوَاءُ الرِّيَاحِ. كُودِي: الرِّيَاحُ تَعْصِفُ بِنَا وَتَتَقَاذَفُنَا الْأَمْوَاجُ الْعَاتِيَةُ مِنْ كُلِّ اتِّجَاهٍ. لَيْسَ حَوْلَنَا سِوَى رِيَاحٍ مُدَوِّيَةٍ وَبَحْرٍ يَتَحَرَّكُ فِي اضْطِرَابٍ عَنِيفٍ. أَعْتَقِدُ أَنَّنَا هَالِكُونَ لَا مَحَالَةَ.
