سَأَكُونُ بَعْدَ دِرَاسَةِ هَذِهِ الْوَحْدَةِ قَادِراً عَلَى: ١.

تَعَرُّفُ عَنَاصِرِ الصُّوَرِ الْمَعْرُوضَةِ وَوَصْفُهَا. ٢.

Identify and describe the elements of the images shown.

مُرَاعَاةُ آدَابِ الِاسْتِمَاعِ وَالتَّحَدُّثِ. ٣.

Practice good listening and speaking habits.

فَهْمُ النَّصِّ الْمُسْتَمَعِ إِلَيْهِ، وَالِاسْتِفْسَارُ عَمَّا لَمْ أَفْهَمْهُ بَعْدَ انْتِهَاءِ الِاسْتِمَاعِ. ٤.

Understand spoken texts and ask questions about anything I did not grasp after listening.

قِرَاءَةُ نُصُوصِ الْوَحْدَةِ قِرَاءَةً جَهْرِيَّةً سَلِيمَةً مُرَاعِياً أَسَاسِيَّاتِ الْقِرَاءَةِ الْجَهْرِيَّةِ. ٥.

Read the unit's texts aloud clearly and correctly, following the fundamentals of oral reading.

تَقْسِيمُ النَّصِّ الْقِرَائِيِّ إِلَى فِكَرٍ. ٦.

Break down reading texts into key ideas.

التَّوَاصُلُ الشَّفَوِيُّ وَاسْتِعْمَالُ عِبَارَاتِ الْمُنَاسَبَاتِ وَالْإِقْنَاعِ وَإِبْدَاءُ الرَّأْيِ بِصُورَةٍ مُلَائِمَةٍ. ٧.

Communicate orally, using appropriate expressions for social occasions, persuasion, and stating my opinion.

تَصْنِيفُ الْجُمَلِ وَفْقَ مَا تُعَبِّرُ عَنْهُ (حَقِيقَةٌ - رَأْيٌ - خَيَالٌ). ٨.

Categorize sentences by whether they express a fact, an opinion, or a fantasy.

تَعَرُّفُ الْمَفَاهِيمِ النَّحْوِيَّةِ (أَسْمَاءُ الْإِشَارَةِ - الْأَسْمَاءُ الْمَوْصُولَةُ - الْأَسْمَاءُ الْخَمْسَةُ) وَاسْتِعْمَالُهَا فِي قِرَاءَتِي وَكِتَابَتِي وَحَدِيثِي. ٩.

Identify grammatical concepts—demonstratives, relative pronouns, and the five nouns—and use them in my reading, writing, and speech.

تَطْبِيقُ قَوَاعِدِ تَثْنِيَةِ الْمَهْمُوزِ الْآخِرِ وَالتَّنْوِينِ. ١٠.

Apply the rules for dualizing words ending in a hamza and for using nunation.

تَمْيِيزُ خَطِّ الرُّقْعَةِ مِنْ خَطِّ النَّسْخِ. ١١.

Distinguish between Ruq'ah and Naskh scripts.

كِتَابَةُ مَوْضُوعٍ فِي التَّعْبِيرِ (كِتَابَةُ بِطَاقَةِ التَّهْنِئَةِ - تَصْمِيمُ مُخَطَّطٍ لِلْمُشَارَكَةِ بِمُنَاسَبَةٍ مَا). ١٣.

Compose a written piece, such as a greeting card or a plan for participating in an event.

إِدْرَاكُ أَهَمِّيَّةِ تَقْدِيرِ الْعَائِلَةِ وَالْعَلَاقَاتِ الِاجْتِمَاعِيَّةِ. ١٤.

Appreciate the importance of family and social relationships.

الْمُبَادَرَةُ لِأَدَاءِ قَوَاعِدِ الْمُشَارَكَةِ الِاجْتِمَاعِيَّةِ.
