بَابُ فَضْلِ الذِّكْرِ وَالْحَثِّ عَلَيْهِ. فَاعْلَمْ: أَنَّ كَلِمَةَ «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ» كَنْزٌ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ، تَقُولُهَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنْسَانُ عِنْدَمَا يُعْيِيكَ الشَّيْءُ، وَيُثْقِلُكَ، وَتَعْجِزُ عَنْهُ، قُلْ: «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ» يُيَسِّرِ اللَّهُ لَكَ الْأَمْرَ؛ وَاللَّهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

Chapter on the virtues of remembrance and the encouragement to practice it.
فَاعْلَمْ: أَنَّ كَلِمَةَ «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ» كَنْزٌ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ،
Know that the phrase 'There is no power and no strength except by Allah' is a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.
تَقُولُهَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنْسَانُ عِنْدَمَا يُعْيِيكَ الشَّيْءُ، وَيُثْقِلُكَ، وَتَعْجِزُ عَنْهُ،
Recite it whenever you find yourself exhausted, burdened, or unable to cope with a situation.
