شَرْحُ رِيَاضِ الصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ كَلَامِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. بَابُ حَقِّ السُّلْطَانِ وَالْقَاضِي وَغَيْرِهِمَا مِنْ وُلَاةِ الْأُمُورِ عَلَى اتِّخَاذِ وَزِيرٍ صَالِحٍ، وَتَحْذِيرِهِمْ مِنْ قُرَنَاءِ السُّوءِ، وَالْقَبُولِ مِنْهُمْ. قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿الْأَخِلَّاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا الْمُتَّقِينَ﴾. وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ، وَلَا اسْتَخْلَفَ مِنْ خَلِيفَةٍ إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ بِطَانَتَانِ: بِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَحُضُّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَبِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالشَّرِّ وَتَحُضُّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَالْمَعْصُومُ مَنْ عَصَمَ اللَّهُ»، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ. وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِالْأَمِيرِ خَيْرًا، جَعَلَ لَهُ وَزِيرَ صِدْقٍ إِنْ نَسِيَ ذَكَّرَهُ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ أَعَانَهُ، وَإِذَا أَرَادَ بِهِ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ جَعَلَ لَهُ وَزِيرَ سُوءٍ إِنْ نَسِيَ لَمْ يُذَكِّرْهُ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ لَمْ يُعِنْهُ»، رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ بِإِسْنَادٍ جَيِّدٍ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ. الشَّرْحُ: قَالَ الْمُؤَلِّفُ الْحَافِظُ النَّوَوِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ: بَابُ حَقِّ السُّلْطَانِ وَالْقَاضِي وَغَيْرِهِمَا مِنْ وُلَاةِ الْأُمُورِ عَلَى اتِّخَاذِ وَزِيرٍ صَالِحٍ، وَتَحْذِيرِهِمْ مِنْ قُرَنَاءِ السُّوءِ وَالْقَبُولِ مِنْهُمْ.

- بَابُ حَقِّ السُّلْطَانِ وَالْقَاضِي وَغَيْرِهِمَا مِنْ وُلَاةِ الْأُمُورِ عَلَى اتِّخَاذِ وَزِيرٍ صَالِحٍ، وَتَحْذِيرِهِمْ مِنْ قُرَنَاءِ السُّوءِ، وَالْقَبُولِ مِنْهُمْ.
- Chapter: The duty of rulers, judges, and those in positions of authority to appoint righteous advisors, and a warning against keeping company with or listening to evildoers.
- قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿الْأَخِلَّاءُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا الْمُتَّقِينَ﴾.

- وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ، وَلَا اسْتَخْلَفَ مِنْ خَلِيفَةٍ إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ بِطَانَتَانِ: بِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَحُضُّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَبِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالشَّرِّ وَتَحُضُّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَالْمَعْصُومُ مَنْ عَصَمَ اللَّهُ»، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.
- Abu Sa'id and Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with them, reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: 'Every prophet sent by Allah and every successor appointed by Him has two inner circles: one that encourages him to do good and supports him in it, and another that urges him toward evil and encourages him in it. The truly protected is he whom Allah protects.' Narrated by Al-Bukhari.
- وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِالْأَمِيرِ خَيْرًا، جَعَلَ لَهُ وَزِيرَ صِدْقٍ إِنْ نَسِيَ ذَكَّرَهُ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ أَعَانَهُ، وَإِذَا أَرَادَ بِهِ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ جَعَلَ لَهُ وَزِيرَ سُوءٍ إِنْ نَسِيَ لَمْ يُذَكِّرْهُ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ لَمْ يُعِنْهُ»، رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ بِإِسْنَادٍ جَيِّدٍ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ.
- Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: 'When Allah desires good for a leader, He grants him a sincere advisor who reminds him when he forgets and assists him when he remembers. If He desires otherwise, He grants him an evil advisor who offers no reminder when he forgets and no help when he remembers.' Narrated by Abu Dawud with a sound chain of narration meeting the criteria of Muslim.
