بَابُ حَقِّ الْجَارِ وَالْوَصِيَّةِ بِهِ. وَبِنَاءً عَلَى هَذَا، فَتَجِبُ مُرَاعَاةُ حُقُوقِ الْجِيرَانِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ إِلَيْهِمْ بِقَدْرِ الْإِمْكَانِ، وَيَحْرُمُ الِاعْتِدَاءُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِأَيِّ عُدْوَانٍ، وَفِي الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ؛ فَلْيُحْسِنْ إِلَى جَارِهِ».

وَبِنَاءً عَلَى هَذَا، فَتَجِبُ مُرَاعَاةُ حُقُوقِ الْجِيرَانِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ إِلَيْهِمْ بِقَدْرِ الْإِمْكَانِ،
Based on this, it is necessary to observe the rights of neighbors and show kindness to them as much as possible.
وَيَحْرُمُ الِاعْتِدَاءُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِأَيِّ عُدْوَانٍ،
And it is forbidden to commit any aggression against them.
