لا يُوفى، ويُكفِّرُ كَفَارةَ يَمينِ، مَثلُ قِصةِ هَذا الرَّجلِ؛ حَيثُ نَذَرَ أَن يَقومَ فِي الشَّمسِ، وأَلَّا يَستَظِلَّ وَأَلَّا يَتَكَلَّمَ ، وأنْ يَصومَ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَصوم؛ لأنَّه طاعةٌ، وَلَكِنَّه قال في القِيامِ، وَعَدمِ الاستظلالِ، وَعَدمِ الكَلامِ؛ مُروهُ فَليَستظِلَّ وَليَقعُدَ وليتَكَلَّم، وكَثيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ اليَومَ إذا استَبعَدَ الأمَرَ أو أشفَقَ عَليهِ يَنَدْرُ؛ فَمَثَلًا: إذا مَرِضَ له إِنسان؛ قالَ: للهِ عَلَيَّ نَدْرُ إِن شَفى اللهُ مَريضي لأفعَلَنَّ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَهَذَا مَنهِيٌّ عَنهُ، إِمَّا نَهْي كَرَاهِةٍ أو نهي تحريم. اسألِ اللهَ العافِيةَ لَمَريضِكِ بِدونِ نَذرٍ، لَكِن لَو فَرَضنا أَنَّه نَذَرَ : إِن شَفى اللهُ مَريضَهُ أَن يَفعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَشَفَاهُ اللهُ، وَجَبَ عَلَيهِ أَن يُوفِّيَ بِالنَّذِرِ. وَاللهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.

لا يُوفى، ويُكفِّرُ كَفَارةَ يَمينِ، مَثلُ قِصةِ هَذا الرَّجلِ؛ حَيثُ نَذَرَ أَن يَقومَ فِي الشَّمسِ، وأَلَّا يَستَظِلَّ وَأَلَّا يَتَكَلَّمَ ، وأنْ يَصومَ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَصوم؛ لأنَّه طاعةٌ، وَلَكِنَّه قال في القِيامِ، وَعَدمِ الاستظلالِ، وَعَدمِ الكَلامِ؛ مُروهُ فَليَستظِلَّ وَليَقعُدَ وليتَكَلَّم،
It is not fulfilled, and he must offer the expiation for an oath, like the story of this man who vowed to stand in the sun, not to seek shade, not to speak, and to fast. The Prophet (PBUH) commanded him to fast because it is an act of obedience, but regarding standing, not seeking shade, and not speaking, he said: 'Command him to seek shade, sit, and speak.'
وكَثيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ اليَومَ إذا استَبعَدَ الأمَرَ أو أشفَقَ عَليهِ يَنَدْرُ؛ فَمَثَلًا: إذا مَرِضَ له إِنسان؛ قالَ: للهِ عَلَيَّ نَدْرُ إِن شَفى اللهُ مَريضي لأفعَلَنَّ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَهَذَا مَنهِيٌّ عَنهُ، إِمَّا نَهْي كَرَاهِةٍ أو نهي تحريم.
Many people today, if they find a matter difficult or feel burdened by it, make a vow. For example, if a person falls ill, he says: 'I have a vow to Allah that if He heals my sick one, I will do such and such.' This is forbidden, either as a disliked act or a prohibited one.
اسألِ اللهَ العافِيةَ لَمَريضِكِ بِدونِ نَذرٍ، لَكِن لَو فَرَضنا أَنَّه نَذَرَ : إِن شَفى اللهُ مَريضَهُ أَن يَفعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَشَفَاهُ اللهُ، وَجَبَ عَلَيهِ أَن يُوفِّيَ بِالنَّذِرِ. وَاللهُ الْمُوَفِّقُ.
Ask Allah for well-being for your sick one without a vow. However, if we assume he did vow: 'If Allah heals my sick one, I will do such and such,' and Allah healed him, it becomes obligatory upon him to fulfill the vow. And Allah is the Grantor of success.
