يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ هَذِهِ نُونُ الْوِقَايَةِ، وَلَيْسَتْ نُونُ الْإِعْرَابِ. إِذَنْ؛ الْحَذْفُ يَكُونُ عَلَامَةً لِلْجَزْمِ فِي مَوْضِعَيْنِ فِي: الْفِعْلِ الْمُعْتَلِّ، وَالْأَفْعَالِ الْخَمْسَةِ الَّتِي رَفْعُهَا بِثُبُوتِ النُّونِ.

يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ هَذِهِ نُونُ الْوِقَايَةِ، وَلَيْسَتْ نُونُ الْإِعْرَابِ.
In the word 'yasta'jilun' (they hasten), this is the nun of protection, not the nun of inflection.
