خَامِسًا أُحَوِّلُ. ١ أُحَوِّلُ مَا بَيْنَ الْقَوْسَيْنِ إِلَى أَعْلَامٍ. عَاشَ أَمِيرُ الْأَطِبَّاءِ فِي عَاصِمَةِ الْعُلُومِ. ٢ بِمُحَاكَاةِ الْمِثَالِ الْأَوَّلِ أُحَوِّلُ الْفِعْلَ إِلَى عَلَمٍ وَأُكَوِّنُ جُمْلَةً: أَحْمَدُ اللَّهَ عَلَى نِعَمِهِ. يَزِيدُ اللَّهُ الشَّاكِرِينَ. يَنْبُعُ الْخَيْرُ عَلَى يَدِ الطَّبِيبِ الْمُسْلِمِ. مِنْ عُلَمَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ. أَحْمَدُ تِلْمِيذٌ مُجْتَهِدٌ.
