الْوَحْدَةُ الْأُولَى
وَهْـ
أَيْ بُنَيَّ، الْأَمَلُ فِيكُمْ أَكْبَرُ أَمَلٍ؛ لِأَنَّكُمْ رِجَالُ الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ، وَقَادَةُ الْغَدِ، فَلَا يَسْتَهْوِيَنَّكُمْ
مَنْ أَثْرَى حَوْلَكُمْ بِالْخِدَاعِ وَالنِّفَاقِ وَالْكَذِبِ وَالرِّيَاءِ... وَخَيْرٌ أَنْ تَعِيشُوا فُقَرَاءَ أَعِزَّاءَ مِنْ
لُجَجِ الظَّلَامِ أَنْ تَعِيشُوا أَغْنِيَاءَ أَذِلَّاءَ.
شِدَّةُ سَوَادِهِ. أَيْ بُنَيَّ، إِنَّنَا فِي هَذَا الزَّمَانِ أَحْوَجُ مَا نَكُونُ إِلَى مَنَارَاتٍ تُضِيءُ لِلسَّائِرِينَ فِي لُجَجِ الظُّلَامِ
يَكُونُ شِعَارُهُمُ الْقِيَامُ بِالْوَاجِبِ - مَهْمَا كَلَّفَهُمْ لِأَنَّهُ وَاجِبٌ، لَا طَلَبًا لِلصِّيتِ وَرَاءَ الْمَجْدِ.. لَا
يَعْرِفُونَ الْمُجَامَلَةَ، وَلَا النِّفَاقَ، وَلَا يَسْتَهْوِيهِمْ وَعْدٌ، وَلَا يُرْهِبُهُمْ وَعِيدٌ، لِسَانُهُمْ مُطَابِقٌ لِقَلْبِهِمْ،
وَعَمَلُهُمْ مُتَّفِقٌ مَعَ وَحْيِ ضَمِيرِهِمْ... فَكُنْ إِحْدَى هَذِهِ الْمَنَارَاتِ.
وَعِيدٌ:
ا تَهْدِيدٌ.

- أَيْ بُنَيَّ، الْأَمَلُ فِيكُمْ أَكْبَرُ أَمَلٍ؛ لِأَنَّكُمْ رِجَالُ الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ، وَقَادَةُ الْغَدِ،
- O my son, the hope in you is the greatest hope; for you are the men of the future and the leaders of tomorrow.
- فَلَا يَسْتَهْوِيَنَّكُمْ مَنْ أَثْرَى حَوْلَكُمْ بِالْخِدَاعِ وَالنِّفَاقِ وَالْكَذِبِ وَالرِّيَاءِ...
- Do not let those who became rich around you through deception, hypocrisy, lying, and showiness captivate you.
- وَخَيْرٌ أَنْ تَعِيشُوا فُقَرَاءَ أَعِزَّاءَ مِنْ لُجَجِ الظَّلَامِ أَنْ تَعِيشُوا أَغْنِيَاءَ أَذِلَّاءَ.
- It is better that you live as poor, honorable men than to live as rich, humiliated men.
- إِنَّنَا فِي هَذَا الزَّمَانِ أَحْوَجُ مَا نَكُونُ إِلَى مَنَارَاتٍ تُضِيءُ لِلسَّائِرِينَ فِي لُجَجِ الظُّلَامِ
- We are in this time most in need of lighthouses that illuminate for those walking in the depths of darkness.
- يَكُونُ شِعَارُهُمُ الْقِيَامُ بِالْوَاجِبِ - مَهْمَا كَلَّفَهُمْ لِأَنَّهُ وَاجِبٌ، لَا طَلَبًا لِلصِّيتِ وَرَاءَ الْمَجْدِ..
- Their motto is performing duty - no matter what it costs them because it is a duty, not for the sake of reputation behind glory.
- لَا يَعْرِفُونَ الْمُجَامَلَةَ، وَلَا النِّفَاقَ، وَلَا يَسْتَهْوِيهِمْ وَعْدٌ، وَلَا يُرْهِبُهُمْ وَعِيدٌ،
- They do not know flattery, nor hypocrisy, nor are they captivated by a promise, nor are they intimidated by a threat.
- لِسَانُهُمْ مُطَابِقٌ لِقَلْبِهِمْ، وَعَمَلُهُمْ مُتَّفِقٌ مَعَ وَحْيِ ضَمِيرِهِمْ...
- Their tongue is consistent with their heart, and their work is in agreement with the inspiration of their conscience.
- فَكُنْ إِحْدَى هَذِهِ الْمَنَارَاتِ.
- So be one of these lighthouses.
