آيَاتٌ مِنَ الذِّكْرِ الْحَكِيمِ.

Verses from the Wise Reminder.

فِي رِحَابِ الْآيَاتِ.

In the expanse of the verses.

تُؤَكِّدُ الْآيَاتُ الْكَرِيمَةُ أَنَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِخْوَةٌ؛ فَهُمْ مُرْتَبِطُونَ بِرِبَاطِ الْإِيمَانِ، فَلَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ تَكُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ عَدَاوَةٌ أَوْ قِتَالٌ، وَإِنْ حَدَثَ شَيْءٌ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَيَجِبُ عَلَى الْآخَرِينَ أَنْ يُصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمْ، وَيَنْهَانَا اللَّهُ عَنِ السُّخْرِيَةِ مِنَ الْآخَرِينَ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ يُسَبِّبُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْكَرَاهِيَةَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ، ثُمَّ يَنْهَى عَنِ الظَّنِّ وَالتَّجَسُّسِ وَالْغِيبَةِ، وَتُوضِحُ الْآيَاتُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ خَلَقَ النَّاسَ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى، وَجَعَلَهُمْ جَمَاعَاتٍ لِيَتَعَارَفُوا وَيَتَأَلَّفُوا، وَأَنَّ التَّقْوَى هِيَ مِقْيَاسُ التَّفَاضُلِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى.

The noble verses confirm that the believers are brothers; they are bound by the tie of faith, so there should be no enmity or fighting among them, and if anything of that happens, it is incumbent upon the others to reconcile between them, and God forbids us from mocking others, because that causes enmity and hatred among people, then He forbids suspicion, spying, and backbiting, and the verses clarify that God created people from a male and a female, and made them groups so that they may know and become close to one another, and that piety is the measure of superiority in the sight of God, Glory be to Him and Exalted.

التِّلَاوَةُ وَالتَّدَبُّرُ.

Recitation and Contemplation.

اِسْتَمِعْ إِلَى الْآيَاتِ الْكَرِيمَةِ، ثُمَّ اتْلُهَا بِصَوْتٍ حَسَنٍ جَمِيلٍ.

Listen to the noble verses, then recite them in a good, beautiful voice.

رَاعِ فِي تِلَاوَتِكَ مَا يَأْتِي: نُطْقَ الْحُرُوفِ مِنْ مَخَارِجِهَا نُطْقًا صَحِيحًا.

Observe the following in your recitation: pronouncing the letters from their correct points of articulation.

قِرَاءَةَ الْكَلِمَاتِ بِالضَّبْطِ الصَّحِيحِ.

Reading the words with the correct vocalization.

الْوَقْفَ وَالْوَصْلَ بِحَسَبِ مَوَاضِعِهِ.

Pausing and connecting according to their proper places.

الدِّرَاسَةُ وَالتَّأَمُّلُ.

أَوَّلًا: الْمُفْرَدَاتُ.

First: Vocabulary.

اِخْتَرِ الْإِجَابَةَ الصَّحِيحَةَ مِنْ بَيْنِ الْبَدَائِلِ التَّالِيَةِ:

Choose the correct answer from among the following alternatives:

وَلَا تَجَسَّسُوا وَلَا يَغْتَبْ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا.

"And do not spy, and do not backbite one another."

الْمَقْصُودُ بِكَلِمَةِ لَا تَجَسَّسُوا هُوَ:

The intended meaning of the word 'do not spy' is:

لَا تَهْتَمُّوا لِكَلَامِ الْآخَرِينَ وَأَحَادِيثِهِمْ.

Do not pay attention to the speech and conversations of others.

لَا تُصَدِّقُوا كَلَامَ الْأَعْدَاءِ وَتَصَرُّفَاتِهِمْ.

Do not believe the words and actions of enemies.

لَا تَعْذُرُوا الْآخَرِينَ وَلَا تَثِقُوا فِي كَلَامِهِمْ.

Do not excuse others and do not trust their words.

لَا تَتَّبِعُوا عُيُوبَ النَّاسِ وَلَا تَبْحَثُوا عَنْ أَسْرَارِهِمْ.

Do not follow the faults of people and do not search for their secrets.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَوْمٍ.

"O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule another people."

مَعْنَى كَلِمَةِ يَسْخَرُ هُوَ: يَتَكَبَّرُ، يَظْلِمُ، يَسْتَهْزِئُ، يَشْتُمُ.

The meaning of the word 'ridicule' is: to be arrogant, to oppress, to mock, to insult.
