الْوَحْدَةُ السَّادِسَةُ جَرَى الْكَلْبُ مُسْرِعًا إِلَى الْأَسَدِ مَلِكِ الْغَابَةِ وَقَالَ لَهُ: الْحَيَوَانَاتُ تَقْطِفُ الْأَزْهَارَ، وَيَظُنُّ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهَا أَنَّ زَهْرَةً وَاحِدَةً لَنْ تَضُرَّ شَيْئًا، حَتَّى اخْتَفَتْ جَمِيعُ الْأَزْهَارِ. غَضِبَ مَلِكُ الْغَابَةِ كَثِيرًا، وَجَمَعَ الْحَيَوَانَاتِ، وَأَعْلَنَ قَرَارَهُ بِمَنْعِ قَطْفِ الْأَزْهَارِ مِنَ الْغَابَةِ. نَفَّذَتِ الْحَيَوَانَاتُ الْقَرَارَ، وَبَعْدَ فَتْرَةٍ عَادَتِ الْأَزْهَارُ تَمْلَأُ الْغَابَةَ مِنْ جَدِيدٍ وَعَادَتِ النَّحْلَاتُ تَصْنَعُ الْعَسَلَ اللَّذِيذَ، وَتُوَزِّعُهُ عَلَى سُكَّانِ الْغَابَةِ فِي سُرُورٍ. الْمَصْدَرُ: هُدَى الشَّاعِرُ. مَشْرُوعُ الْمَنْهَلِ التَّعْلِيمِيِّ، الْجُزْءُ الْخَامِسُ، دَارُ الْمَنْهَلِ، ( بِتَصَرُّفٍ )

جَرَى الْكَلْبُ مُسْرِعًا إِلَى الْأَسَدِ مَلِكِ الْغَابَةِ وَقَالَ لَهُ: الْحَيَوَانَاتُ تَقْطِفُ الْأَزْهَارَ، وَيَظُنُّ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهَا أَنَّ زَهْرَةً وَاحِدَةً لَنْ تَضُرَّ شَيْئًا، حَتَّى اخْتَفَتْ جَمِيعُ الْأَزْهَارِ.
The dog ran quickly to the lion, the king of the forest, and said to him: The animals are picking the flowers, and each one of them thinks that a single flower will not cause any harm, until all the flowers disappeared.
غَضِبَ مَلِكُ الْغَابَةِ كَثِيرًا، وَجَمَعَ الْحَيَوَانَاتِ، وَأَعْلَنَ قَرَارَهُ بِمَنْعِ قَطْفِ الْأَزْهَارِ مِنَ الْغَابَةِ.
The king of the forest became very angry, gathered the animals, and announced his decision to ban the picking of flowers from the forest.
