يَقُومُ المُعَلِّمُ بِكِتَابَةِ تَقْرِيرٍ تَقْوِيمِيٍّ شَامِلٍ عَنِ المَشْرُوعِ مِنْ حَيْثُ: أَهْدَافُ المَشْرُوعِ وَمَا تَحَقَّقَ مِنْهَا. الخُطَّةُ وَمَا طَرَأَ عَلَيْهَا مِنْ تَعْدِيلٍ. الأَنْشِطَةُ الَّتِي قَامَ بِهَا الطَّلَبَةُ. المُشْكِلَاتُ الَّتِي وَاجَهَتِ الطَّلَبَةَ عِنْدَ التَّنْفِيذِ. المُدَّةُ الَّتِي اسْتَغْرَقَهَا تَنْفِيذُ المَشْرُوعِ. الِاقْتِرَاحَاتُ اللَّازِمَةُ لِتَحْسِينِ المَشْرُوعِ. المَشْرُوعُ: نَزُورُ بَعْضَ الأَسْرَى المُحَرَّرِينَ، وَنَكْتُبُ عَنْ مُعَانَاتِهِمْ فِي سُجُونِ الِاحْتِلَالِ الصِّهْيُونِيِّ.
