بَيْنَ يَدَيِ النَّصِّ: حَيَاةُ الْفَرْدِ أَغْلَى مَا يُمْتَلَكُ، وَكُلُّنَا يَسْعَى جَاهِدًا لِلْحِفَاظِ عَلَيْهَا، فَمَنْ مِنَّا لَا يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَعِيشَ هُوَ وَأَطْفَالُهُ فِي صِحَّةٍ سَلِيمَةٍ خَالِيَةٍ مِنْ إِعَاقَاتٍ جَسَدِيَّةٍ جَاءَتْ نَتِيجَةَ جَهْلٍ بِقَوَاعِدِ الْمُرُورِ وَالْأَمْنِ وَالسَّلَامَةِ؛ لِذَا جَاءَتْ قِصَّةُ حَادِثٍ عَلَى الطَّرِيقِ تُبَيِّنُ أَهَمِّيَّةَ الِالْتِزَامِ بِقَوَانِينِ السَّيْرِ وَالْمُرُورِ.
