وَلَمَّا لِلتَّقْوِيمِ مِنْ أَهَمِّيَّةٍ فِي الْعَمَلِيَّةِ التَّعْلِيمِيَّةِ، خُصِّصَتِ الْوَقْفَةُ التَّقْوِيمِيَّةُ فِي كُلِّ وَحْدَةٍ لِتَعْزِيزِ الْمُكْتَسَبَاتِ وَتَثْبِيتِ الْمَهَارَاتِ وَدَعْمِ الِاسْتِمْرَارِ فِي مَسَارِ التَّعَلُّمِ، وَتَطْوِيرِهِ،

Because evaluation has importance in the educational process, an evaluative pause was allocated in every unit to reinforce acquisitions, stabilize skills, and support continuity in the learning path and its development.

وَقَدْ جَاءَتْ وَقْفَةُ الْقِرَاءَةِ الْحُرَّةِ لِتُسْهِمَ فِي بِنَاءِ مُتَعَلِّمٍ، قَارِئٍ نَاقِدٍ، مُتَذَوِّقٍ، يُحِبُّ الْمُطَالَعَةَ وَيَهْتَمُّ بِالْكَلِمَةِ، وَيُحْسِنُ انْتِقَاءَ النُّصُوصِ.

The free reading pause has come to contribute to building a learner who is a reader, a critic, a connoisseur, who loves reading, cares for the word, and improves the selection of texts.

وَقَدْ رَاعَى الْكِتَابُ مَبْدَأَ التَّعَلُّمِ النَّشِطِ، فَجَعَلَ مِنَ الْمُتَعَلِّمِ عُنْصُرًا فَاعِلًا؛ يُفَكِّرُ، يُحَلِّلُ، يُنَاقِشُ، وَيُوَظِّفُ اللُّغَةَ فِي حَيَاتِهِ الْيَوْمِيَّةِ،

The book has considered the principle of active learning, making the learner an active element; he thinks, analyzes, discusses, and employs language in his daily life.

كَمَا حَرَصْنَا فِيهِ عَلَى تَنْوِيعِ النُّصُوصِ وَالتَّدْرِيبَاتِ؛ لِيُخَاطِبَ فِئَاتِ الْمُتَعَلِّمِينَ الْمُخْتَلِفَةَ، وَيُرَاعِيَ الْفُرُوقَ الْفَرْدِيَّةَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَعَلِّمِينَ.

We have also been keen in it to diversify texts and exercises to address the different categories of learners and consider individual differences between learners.

نَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَنْ يَجْعَلَ هَذَا الْعَمَلَ نَافِعًا لِأَبْنَائِنَا الْمُتَعَلِّمِينَ، مُعِينًا لِزُمَلَائِنَا الْمُعَلِّمِينَ، وَمُسْهِمًا فِي رِفْعَةِ وَطَنِنَا وَعِزِّهِ، وَأَنْ يُثْمِرَ أَثَرُهُ فِي الْعُقُولِ وَالْقُلُوبِ، فَيَكُونَ لَبِنَةً طَيِّبَةً فِي بِنَاءِ جِيلٍ لُغَتُهُ فَخْرُهُ وَوَطَنُهُ مَحَطُّ اعْتِزَازِهِ.

We ask God Almighty to make this work beneficial for our learner children, helpful for our teacher colleagues, and a contributor to the elevation and glory of our homeland, and that its effect may bear fruit in minds and hearts, so it becomes a good brick in building a generation whose language is its pride and whose homeland is the focus of its cherishing.
