هَذَا مَقَالٌ يَتَنَاوَلُ فِيهِ الْكَاتِبُ مَكَانَةَ اللُّغَةِ وَأَهَمِّيَّتَهَا فِي الْمُحَافَظَةِ عَلَى كِيَانِ الْأُمَّةِ وَشَخْصِيَّتِهَا.

وَمِثْلُ هَذَا الْمَقَالِ يَتَطَلَّبُ مِنْكَ - عَزِيزَنَا الطَّالِبَ - قِرَاءَةً وَاعِيَةً مُتَأَنِّيَةً، تَسْتَنْتِجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهَا الْأَهْدَافَ الَّتِي يَرْمِي إِلَيْهَا الْكَاتِبُ فِي مَوْضُوعِهِ، وَتَسْتَنْبِطُ مَا بَيْنَ سُطُورِهِ، وَوَرَاءَ عِبَارَاتِهِ، فَتُدْرِكُ حَقِيقَةَ الْأُمَّةِ وَالْمُقَوِّمَاتِ الَّتِي تُشَكِّلُ هُوِيَّتَهَا وَتَكْفُلُ لَهَا دَيْمُومَتَهَا وَتَمَيُّزَهَا، وَتَتَنَبَّهُ لِمُخَطَّطَاتِ الْأَعْدَاءِ وَأَهْدَافِهِمْ فِي إِضْعَافِ الْأُمَّةِ بِإِضْعَافِ مُقَوِّمَاتِهَا، فَتَمْتَلِئُ نَفْسُكَ غَيْرَةً عَلَى لُغَتِكَ فَتُعِزُّهَا، وَعَلَى دِينِكَ فَتُقَوِّي صِلَتَكَ بِهِ، وَعَلَى عَادَاتِ مُجْتَمَعِكَ الْأَصِيلَةِ فَيَزْدَادُ حِرْصُكَ عَلَيْهَا.
