لَقَدْ كَانَ فَتْحُ مَكَّةَ هُوَ الْإِيذَانُ بِاعْتِنَاقِ الْعَرَبِ جَمِيعاً لِهَذَا الَّذِي جَاءَ بِهِ مُحَمَّدٌ – عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ – مِنْ جَدِيدٍ. لَقَدْ تَوَقَّفَ الْعَرَبُ حِينَ تَوَقَّفَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ، وَأَقْبَلَ الْعَرَبُ جَمِيعاً حِينَ أَقْبَلَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ، وَسَجَّلَ الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُ ذَلِكَ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجاً فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّاباً﴾.

لَقَدْ كَانَ فَتْحُ مَكَّةَ هُوَ الْإِيذَانُ بِاعْتِنَاقِ الْعَرَبِ جَمِيعاً لِهَذَا الَّذِي جَاءَ بِهِ مُحَمَّدٌ – عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ – مِنْ جَدِيدٍ.
The conquest of Mecca signaled the moment the Arabs collectively embraced the message brought by Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him.
لَقَدْ تَوَقَّفَ الْعَرَبُ حِينَ تَوَقَّفَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ، وَأَقْبَلَ الْعَرَبُ جَمِيعاً حِينَ أَقْبَلَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ، وَسَجَّلَ الْقُرْآنُ الْكَرِيمُ ذَلِكَ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:
The tribes held back when the Meccans held back, and they moved forward when the Meccans did, a shift the Noble Quran recorded in the words of the Almighty:
﴿إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجاً فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّاباً﴾.
When God’s victory and conquest arrive, and you see the people entering God’s religion in crowds, then glorify your Lord with praise and seek His forgiveness; He is ever ready to accept repentance.
