فَبَأْسٌ يَذُوبُ الصَّخْرُ مِنْ حَرِّ نَارِهِ وَلُطْفٌ لَهُ بِالْمَاءِ يَنْبَجِسُ الصَّخْرُ. وَجَيْشٌ إِذَا لَاقَى الْعَدُوَّ ظَنَنْتَهُمْ أُسُودَ الشَّرَى عَنَتْ لَهَا الْأَدَمُ وَالْعُفْرُ. تَرَى كُلَّ شَهْمٍ فِي الْوَغَى مِثْلَ سَهْمِهِ نُفُوذًا، فَمَا يَثْنِيهِ خَوْفٌ وَلَا كَثْرُ. إِذَا اسْتَغْلَقَتْ شُمُّ الْحُصُونِ فَعِنْدَنَا مَفَاتِحُهَا بِيضٌ مَضَارِبُهَا حُمْرُ. بِنَا اسْتَرْجَعَ اللَّهُ الْبِلَادَ وَأَمَّنَ الْعِبَادَ، فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا قَهْرُ.

His fury is a fire that melts stone, yet his gentleness makes the very rock gush with water.
وَجَيْشٌ إِذَا لَاقَى الْعَدُوَّ ظَنَنْتَهُمْ أُسُودَ الشَّرَى عَنَتْ لَهَا الْأَدَمُ وَالْعُفْرُ.
When his army meets the enemy, they are lions of the thicket before whom all others bow.
تَرَى كُلَّ شَهْمٍ فِي الْوَغَى مِثْلَ سَهْمِهِ نُفُوذًا، فَمَا يَثْنِيهِ خَوْفٌ وَلَا كَثْرُ.
In the heat of battle, every warrior strikes with the precision of an arrow, undeterred by fear or overwhelming odds.
