السَّادِسُ مِن أُكْتُوبَرَ. دَخَلَتِ الْمُعَلِّمَةُ الْفَصْلَ وَحَيَّتِ التَّلَامِيذَ وَهِيَ مُبْتَسِمَةٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَتْ: «هَيَّا نُجَهِّزْ لِلِاحْتِفَالِ بِعِيدِ النَّصْرِ فِي السَّادِسِ مِن أُكْتُوبَرَ». قَالَتْ مَهَا: «أَنَا سَأُزَيِّنُ الْفَصْلَ بِأَعْلَامِ مِصْرَ الْجَمِيلَةِ». قَالَ كَرِيمٌ: «وَأَنَا سَأُغَنِّي أُغْنِيَةً عَنْ وَطَنِي الْحَبِيبِ مِصْرَ». قَالَتْ لَيْلَى: «وَأَنَا سَأَكْتُبُ أَهْلًا وَسَهْلًا بِالضُّيُوفِ». قَالَ فَرِيدٌ: «وَأَنَا سَأُرَتِّبُ الْكَرَاسِيَّ».
