يَجْلِسُ حُسَامٌ فَتَرَاتٍ طَوِيلَةً أَمَامَ الْكُمْبِيُوتَرِ، وَالْيَوْمَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى عَيْنِهِ مُتَأَلِّمًا، وَقَالَ: «أُمِّي، عَيْنِي تُؤْلِمُنِي!». قَالَتِ الْأُمُ: «سَلَامَتَكَ يَا حُسَامُ.. أَعْرِفُ أَنَّكَ تُحِبُّ الْكُمْبِيُوتَرَ وَلَكِنَّ الْجُلُوسَ أَمَامَ الشَّاشَةِ لِفَتْرَةٍ طَوِيلَةٍ يُؤْذِي عَيْنَيْكَ». قَالَ حُسَامٌ: «وَلَكِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَكْمِلَ اللُّعْبَةَ». قَالَتِ الْأُمُّ بِابْتِسَامَةٍ: «يَا بُنَيَّ، أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ اللَّعِبَ مُمْتِعٌ، وَلَكِنَّ النَّظَرَ لِفَتَرَاتٍ طَوِيلَةٍ إِلَى الشَّاشَاتِ يُسَبِّبُ مُشْكِلَاتِ لِلْعَيْنِ، وَيُقَلِّلُ فَتَرَاتِ النَّوْمِ اللَّازِمَةَ أَيْضًا. وَقِلَّةُ الْحَرَكَةِ تَضُرُّ بِصِحَتِكَ، فَأَنْتَ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى الْحَرَكَةِ وَاللَّعِب».
