الْقِسْمُ السَّادِسُ : أَنْ يَلْجَأَ إِلَى اقْتِنَائِهَا إِلْجَاءً كَالصُّوَرِ الَّتِي تَكُونُ فِي بِطَاقَةِ إِثْبَاتِ الشَّخْصِيَّةِ وَالشَّهَادَاتِ وَالدَّرَاهِمِ فَلَا إِثْمَ فِيهِ لِعَدَمِ إِمْكَانِ التَّحَرُّزِ مِنْهُ، وَقَدْ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ.

الْقِسْمُ السَّادِسُ : أَنْ يَلْجَأَ إِلَى اقْتِنَائِهَا إِلْجَاءً كَالصُّوَرِ الَّتِي تَكُونُ فِي بِطَاقَةِ إِثْبَاتِ الشَّخْصِيَّةِ وَالشَّهَادَاتِ وَالدَّرَاهِمِ فَلَا إِثْمَ فِيهِ لِعَدَمِ إِمْكَانِ التَّحَرُّزِ مِنْهُ،
