مُنَاسَبَةُ الْبَابِ لِلتَّوْحِيدِ أَنَّ ظَنَّ السُّوءِ يُنَافِي كَمَالَ التَّوْحِيدِ وَيُنَافِي الْإِيمَانَ بِالْأَسْمَاءِ وَالصِّفَاتِ، لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ فِي الْأَسْمَاءِ : وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا (١) فَإِذَا ظَنَّ بِاللَّهِ ظَنَّ السُّوءِ لَمْ تَكُنِ الْأَسْمَاءُ حُسْنَى، وَقَالَ فِي الصِّفَاتِ وَلِلَّهِ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَى (٢) وَإِذَا ظَنَّ بِاللَّهِ ظَنَّ السُّوءِ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَى. (١) سُورَةُ الْأَعْرَافِ الْآيَةُ : ١٨٠ . (٢) سُورَةُ النَّحْلِ، الْآيَةُ : ٦٠ .

The relevance of the chapter to Tawhid (monotheism).
أَنَّ ظَنَّ السُّوءِ يُنَافِي كَمَالَ التَّوْحِيدِ وَيُنَافِي الْإِيمَانَ بِالْأَسْمَاءِ وَالصِّفَاتِ،
That having an evil assumption contradicts the perfection of Tawhid and contradicts faith in the Names and Attributes.
لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ فِي الْأَسْمَاءِ : وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا (١) فَإِذَا ظَنَّ بِاللَّهِ ظَنَّ السُّوءِ لَمْ تَكُنِ الْأَسْمَاءُ حُسْنَى،
This is because Allah said regarding the Names: 'And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them' (1); so if one holds an evil assumption about Allah, the names would not be the best.
