فَإِنَّ الدِّينَ الْإِسْلَامِيَّ يَسَعُهُ فَلَا يَحْكُمُ عَلَى النَّاسِ أَنْ لَا يَتَكَلَّمُوا بِشَيْءٍ أَوْ لَا يَفْعَلُوا شَيْئًا إِلَّا وَفَتَحَ لَهُمْ مَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُ وَهَذَا مِنْ كَمَالِ الشَّرِيعَةِ الْإِسْلَامِيَّةِ.

The Islamic religion encompasses it, so it does not judge people to not speak of something or not do something, except that it has opened for them what suffices for it, and this is from the perfection of the Islamic law.

أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ يَأْتِي لِلْإِبَاحَةِ لِقَوْلِهِ: «وَلْيَقُلْ: سَيِّدِي وَمَوْلَايَ»

وَقَدْ قَالَ الْعُلَمَاءُ: إِنَّ الْأَمْرَ إِذَا أَتَى فِي مُقَابَلَةِ شَيْءٍ مَمْنُوعٍ صَارَ لِلْإِبَاحَةِ،
